Mission and Values
Roland Hall Partners is founded and led by two veterans and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to find and acquire one successful, growing company from a business owner ready to exit (in whole or in part) and transition into the next phase of his or her life. Flexible terms allow you to transition from your business as quickly or as gradually as you’d like. Our flexibility also allows us to accommodate unique circumstances for groups of multiple owners others may find too complex. Our unique approach and experience are reflected in our core values.
These core values extend to everything Roland Hall Partners does – especially relationships with business owners and the process of transition from start to finish.
Roland Hall Partners is buying one company and our Principals Tilly and Chris are committing to running this company through thick and thin for the long term. This is not a portfolio approach. 100% of time and focus are spent on the business.
Commitment
Roland Hall Partners understands that making the right choice and the easy choice are often not the same. We are committed to growing a successful business – not making a quick buck on a “deal.” Firing loyal employees just to boost the bottom line is not on the agenda.
Do the Right Thing
Roland Hall Partners is dedicated to building something to be proud of – this includes the original founder, employees and their families existing and new. We’re focused on developing a company that will stand the test of time by strengthening, not breaking, the foundations it stands on: the employees that built it, the customers who support it, and the legacy of its founder.
Respect
Our founders leveraged integrity, empathy, and servant leadership in successful careers as military officers. They understand the importance of positive organizational culture and preach empowerment and growth in teams they lead. Our people-centric approach to leadership emphasizes that employees are not just resources but valuable contributors to an organization's success and long term value.
